📝 Overview 📝
The Celer Network is developing a layer 2 scaling solution that will make use of off-chain architecture to achieve this scaling.
The Celer Network has been designed in such a way that they will be able to scale the dApps with a user friendly interface. There are four layers in the technology stack including cApps, cRoute, cOS and cChannel.
The utility token that is powering the Celer Network is the CELR token. The use cases for these tokens include the following:
Proof of Liquidity Commitment (PoLC), Liquidity Backing Auction (LiBA) and State Guardian Network (SGN)
The Celer Network completed their token raise through an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) on the Binance network. They sold 6% of their total token supply.
There is an experienced team behind the Celer Network with over 6 Phds working on the project. There are also a range of well known investors who have contributed to the project.
In the past year, there have been over 2,500 code commits to their three most active repos. This is probably as a result of their really ambitious roadmap.
Currently, the bulk of the trading for CELR tokens is taking place on the Binance exchange. These are reasonably high volume levels which implies decent liquidity for the token.
